20-24 W ultra high power laser

With the most advanced six-core laser technology, the Laser B1 20W has a powerful optical output of 20-24W, one of the most powerful diode lasers available today, and with it much greater cutting ability. The B1 20W laser can  cut 18mm balsa or 10mm plywood in one pass, otherwise it is capable of cutting up to 25mm thick wood, 15mm acrylic (can't cut clear acrylic), but in more passes.

Highly concentrated laser and stronger cutting

With state-of-the-art laser coupling technology, the B1 20W laser has a thinner and longer focal length (50mm) but a stronger laser beam that increases cutting performance by 20% more powerful compared to other 20W lasers. 

Larger work surface

450 x 440mm working area, provides a 23.75% increase in working size compared to others, which meets the requirements of most scenarios, especially ideal for A3 plates.

36,000 mm/min High speed

The Laser B1 is equipped with a new 32-bit motherboard that enables engraving speeds of up to 36,000 mm/min, which is four times faster than conventional laser engraving machines. In addition, TMC2209 silent drivers are used to effectively reduce operating noise, providing a faster and more pleasant experience.

Smart Air-Assist system

The Airassist pump can be switched on/off automatically. This is controlled directly, based on the parameters set in the program, which greatly increases the cutting ability and also significantly improves the accuracy and quality of the cut.

Multicolor engraving

The high-energy laser beam instantly oxidizes the metal surface and delivers 300+ rich colors to meet your colorful creative needs.

Eight main security protections

Eight safety protection features are installed, viz. move/flame/offline/fixed/safety lock/eye protection/emergency stop button/reset to zero. The laser automatically shuts down when it detects a drop, flame, data link interruption, and laser head freezing within 15 seconds. In addition, the laser head automatically resets to zero to prevent burnout in the event of a fire. And the panoramic filter glass can effectively filter 99.8% of the laser, which is safer to use.

Engraving up to 1000+ materials

With 20-24W laser power and powerful cutting and engraving capabilities, the B1 laser can cut or engrave up to 1000+ materials, such as wood, stainless steel, leather, silver, acrylic (can't cut transparent, but can engrave on it), fabric and more.

XY axis limit switches

Added X-axis and Y-axis limit switches can precisely determine the position of the laser module. If the laser module moves in the negative X-axis or Y-axis direction at the same time, the B1 laser will trigger an alarm and stop the movement.

Laser lens protection

The laser module is equipped with a replaceable protective lens, which effectively prevents smoke from contaminating the laser lens and greatly improves the service life of the laser module.

More data transfer options

Data can be transferred through various ways of Wi-Fi, USB cable, APP and TF cards, which support offline operations. You can use it anywhere, without the limitations of a physical connection to a computer.

Excellent software support

Laser B1 is compatible with various mature software such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn. Supports Windows 7+, macOS, Linux; engraving file formats Supports JPG, PNG, BMP, G-code, GIF, SVG, NC, GC, etc.
