40 W powerful laser
SCULPFUN SF-A9 laser engraver has a 40W laser head with strong cutting ability, which supports 40/20W laser power switching, which can penetrate 20mm plywood and 6mm dark acrylic in the first pass (can't cut clear) . It uses a heat pipe radiator for faster and more balanced heat dissipation.
Safety protection design
Built with a tilt sensor that will sound an alarm and stop emitting laser light when the machine body is out of balance and tilted more than 15°. It is also equipped with emergency stop functions and child safety lock switches, as well as flame and temperature sensors. When it detects a flame during the working process, the flame and temperature sensors are triggered, and the machine stops working with an alarm while automatically moving to the safest location.
High speed up to 36000 mm/min
SF-A9 laser engraving machine supports fast engraving mode with faster working speed up to 36000mm/min and stable machine body for perfect engraving effect.
Precise focus design
Designed with the most accurate focus, the focus arm is more stable on the laser head, making the focus position more accurate. The red button on the right side of the laser is for raising or lowering the laser module for quick height adjustment based on material thickness, and the button on top of the laser is for fine adjustment.
Automatic air assistant
Upgraded large inner diameter air tube with better air channel design, which can provide cleaner cutting effect and extend the life of the laser lens.
Solid and easy installation
The all-metal construction makes the machine robust. The leveling structure of the metal support column and the industrial-grade linear guide on the X-axis ensure greater stability of the machine, which increases the accuracy of the engraving movement to 0.01mm. The Y-axis uses flexible wheels for smoother movement. Easy one-step installation to complete the entire assembly.
Adjustable machine height
The Sculpfun SF-A9 is equipped with additional metal support pillars that can adjust the height of the machine to facilitate the engraving of taller objects and meet different work needs.
