Ultra fine laser point and powerful laser module

This laser engraver is equipped with the latest FAC laser technology for compressed laser points, the focal size is 0.08 x 0.08mm; The smaller the point, the more concentrated the energy. This allows the engraving or cutting to be much stronger. The output power of the laser module reaches 5-5.5 W.

It can cut 5mm balsa or 3mm plywood in one pass, but otherwise it is capable of cutting wood up to 10mm thick, 5mm acrylic (it can't cut clear acrylic), but in a larger number of passes.

It is distinguished by a working surface size of 400 x 400 mm and an engraving speed of 10000 mm/min.

The LONGER RAY5 laser engraver has a built-in 3.5" touch screen with a friendly user interface. This allows us to cut multiple pieces of plywood or images to be engraved without having to be connected to a computer to operate. This means you can save the file to the TF card and use it to run.

Offline engraving and multiple ways to transfer data

It supports offline engraving and engraving functions, so no computer connection is required during engraving and cutting, which makes the operation easier to meet various DIY requirements. Wi-Fi, USB cable, APP and TF cards are supported for data transfer.

Safety protection

The LONGER RAY5 10 W laser engraver is designed with the function of protection against movement and thermal protection. If the machine is moved during use, the anti-movement protection will trigger an automatic shutdown for safety. Thermal protection triggers an automatic shutdown if it detects a flame or the engraving area overheats.

32-bit chipset

The Ray5 is built with an ESP32 chipset running at 240MHz. Faster and more powerful than comparably equipped machines with 8-bit chipsets.

Wide software compatibility

This machine is compatible with various mature engraving software such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn. Supports Windows 7+, macOS and Linux, supports file formats JPG, PNG, BMP, G-code, GIF, SVG, NC, GC, etc.

Eye protection

The laser module has an acrylic cover. This shields the laser light and helps protect the eyes. You'll also want to wear eye protection for laser scattering.
