Improved laser power of 11 W

Sculpfun S30 Ultra 11W laser uses ultra-thin laser design technology, the laser focus is as thin as hair 0.08 x 0.08mm, which is very powerful for engraving or cutting. It can cut 10 mm balsa or 6 mm plywood in one pass, but otherwise it is also capable of cutting up to 15 mm thick wood, 10 mm acrylic (it cannot cut clear acrylic), but in a larger number of passes.

The SCULPFUN S30 Ultra provides a 600 x 600mm working surface, saving you the hassle of adding an extra kit in the future when large scale cutting is required.

Automatically controlled air assist system

The S30 Ultra series is equipped with a 32-bit air assist motherboard and a control air pump, which can intelligently control the air assist switch during engraving through LightBurn software, which makes the cutting very clean and is very suitable for making exquisite gifts .

Improved 42-bit stepper motors

It features an improved 42-bit stepper motor that provides enough power to move the machine at high speed. The torque reaches 4.2 Kg·cm (ordinary machines are 3.1 Kg·cm). For future upgrades, even if the laser or the load becomes heavier, there is no need to replace the motor.

Built-in high-pressure air nozzle

SCULPFUN S30 Ultra series is equipped with an advanced air-assisted high-pressure metal nozzle, which can generate a high-pressure air flow of 30L/min with an air pump, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency, and the cutting speed is more than 5 times faster than that without air assistance .

Interchangeable protective lens

The SCULPFUN S30 Ultra series laser engraver uses an innovative replaceable lens that greatly improves the life of the laser, which is more than 10 times longer than other conventional lasers. When the lens is damaged or after prolonged use, it must be replaced to restore cutting power.

Upgraded 32-bit air assisted motherboard

The latest 32-bit motherboard supports the function of air-assisted automatic control, supports Bluetooth wireless connection to control the machine, and is not limited by the distance of the USB cable.

Industrial grade cutting precision

SCULPFUN S30 Ultra uses extremely high-precision 0.005 mm linear sliding guides along the X-axis, enabling industrial engraving accuracy. Comparing the small engraving details, the S30 Ultra series does not have the wavy pattern that occurs with conventional engraving machines. 

Professional security design

It is equipped with an emergency stop switch and a safety lock. In an emergency, you can stop the machine by pressing the emergency stop switch; after taking out the key, the machine cannot be turned on, which can prevent children from turning it on by mistake.

SCULPFUN S30 Ultra series models maintain high compatibility in design, S30 Ultra 11W/22W/33W power supply, structure and laser cable are the same. For future upgrades, you will only need to replace the laser head without any other changes.

Upgraded security

The SCULPFUN S30 Ultra is equipped with an emergency switch that will stop the machine as soon as you press it. If you remove the key, the machine will not turn on, which prevents children from accidentally turning it on.
