Ultra thin 10 W laser

S30 uses ultra-thin laser design technology, the laser focus is as thin as a hair of 0.06 x 0.06mm, which is very powerful for engraving or cutting. It can cut 10 mm balsa or 5 mm plywood in one pass, but otherwise it is able to cut wood up to 15 mm thick, 10 mm acrylic (can't cut clear acrylic), but in a larger number of passes.

Automatically controlled air assist system

The S30 series is equipped with a 32-bit air assist motherboard and a control air pump, which can intelligently control the air assist switch during engraving through LightBurn software, which makes the cutting very clean and is very suitable for making exquisite gifts.

Built-in high-pressure air auxiliary nozzle 

The S30 series is equipped with an advanced air-assisted high-pressure metal nozzle, which can generate a high-pressure air flow of 30L/min with an air pump, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency, and the cutting speed is more than 5 times that without air assistance.

Interchangeable protective lens

The S30 series laser uses an innovative replaceable lens that greatly improves the lifetime of the laser, which is more than 10 times longer than other conventional lasers. When the lens is damaged or after prolonged use, it must be replaced to restore cutting power.

Expandable engraving area

The original engraving area is 385 x 385mm, while it has an XY-axis expandable design, so you can buy a Y-axis expansion kit to expand the engraving area to 935 x 385mm; purchase the XY-axis expansion kit to upgrade the engraving area to 935 x 905 mm.

Upgraded 32-bit Air-assist motherboard

The latest 32-bit motherboard supports automatic air assist control and Bluetooth and SD card offline function. (Upgrade kit sold separately)

Industrial grade cutting precision

The extremely high precision 0.005mm X-axis linear slide guides enable industrial engraving accuracy to be achieved. Comparing the small engraving details, the S30 series does not have the wavy pattern that occurs with conventional engraving machines.

Safety design

It includes an A4 size steel mat that protects the table well from laser damage. There is a visible power switch on the machine, with which you can directly and quickly turn off the machine's power supply in an emergency.

Rectangular measuring ruler
